Spin legend Bishan Bedi recovering effectively after surgical procedure to take away blood clot in mind

Legendary spinner Bishan Singh Bedi has undergone a surgical procedure to take away a blood clot in his mind at a metropolis hospital a couple of days again and is recovering effectively.
The 74-year-old former India captain had undergone a bypass surgical procedure on the hospital final month after he complained of coronary heart issues. He underwent the process in his mind simply after the bypass surgical procedure.

“He had the blood clot (in his brain) removed six days back, just after the bypass surgery. He is recovering well and will be shifted to a private cabin by tomorrow,” a supply near Bedi informed PTI.

Bedi, a premier left-arm orthodox spinner in his taking part in days, represented India in 67 Tests and 10 ODIs between 1967 and 1979, scalping 266 and 7 wickets respectively.
In December final 12 months, Bedi had protested towards the Delhi and District Cricket Association’s (DDCA) choice to call the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium after its late ex president and former union minister Arun Jaitley.
He had threatened to take authorized motion towards the DDCA if his identify was not faraway from a spectators’ stand on the stadium.
