Premier League golf equipment comply with trial concussion substitutes

Concussion substitutes might be trialled within the Premier League in response to mounting concern over head accidents, golf equipment agreed Wednesday.
Teams might be allowed to make as much as two extra substitutions for gamers with suspected or confirmed concussion.
