Pakistan vs New Zealand: Doug Bracewell replaces Matt Henry for ODI sequence

1 min read

Doug Bracewell has been referred to as up as a substitute for the injured Matt Henry within the New Zealand squad for the upcoming sequence towards Pakistan and India.

The Kiwi all-rounder will arrive in Karachi on Wednesday native time.
Earlier, Henry was dominated out resulting from an belly pressure that he sustained on the ultimate day of the second Test in Karachi.

New Zealand head coach Gary Stead confirmed the event and defined that Bracewell was chosen since he was a like-for-like substitute.

“Doug is a quality bowler with a lot of experience, and we feel his skills best compliment the bowling mix we already have in the squads for Pakistan and India,” mentioned Stead.

“He has experience across all three formats at the international level, has experience in the subcontinent, and has already shown his range of skills this season,” he added.
