Michael Bracewell’s dream run on his tour of Ireland continued because the part-time spinner turned the one third New Zealand bowler after Tim Southee and Jacob Oram to choose up a T20I hat-trick. Bracewell’s maiden hat-trick helped New Zealand hammer Ireland by 88 runs within the 2nd T20I in Belfast on Wednesday, July 20.

Senior batter Martin Guptill did not get going however Cleaver and Allen received New Zealand going.

With cameos from Glenn Philips and Daryl Mitchell, New Zealand posted 179 which proved too good in the long run for Ireland.
