By India Today Web Desk: Argentina famous person Lionel Messi has stated that he’s open to enjoying within the FIFA World Cup 2026 and commented that he’s going to maintain enjoying soccer.

Messi fulfilled his massive dream of lifting the World Cup as he guided Argentina to the trophy in Qatar final 12 months. The 35-year-old completed the event with the Golden Ball for the perfect participant of the competitors and had seven objectives to his title.

In the ultimate, Messi scored a brace as he trumped France and his PSG teammate on penalties to win the large prize. The Argentine famous person had hinted that he would name time on his worldwide profession after the World Cup however now it looks like he needs to hold on until the subsequent version.

As quoted by Reuters, Messi admitted that it will be troublesome to play within the 2026 World Cup due to his age. However, he admitted that he loves enjoying soccer and goes to maintain at it.

The 35-year-old stated that his participation within the 2026 version will depend upon how his profession goes at that time limit.

“Because of age it’ll be difficult to make 2026,” Messi, 35, instructed Diario Ole, a sports activities newspaper in Argentina. “I love playing football and while I feel like I’m in good shape and enjoying this, I’m going to keep at it. It seems like a long time until the next World Cup, but it depends on how my career is going.”

Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni had claimed final month that Messi could make it to the 2026 World Cup and stated the door will all the time stay open for him.

“I think Messi can make it to the next World Cup,” Scaloni instructed Spanish radio Calvia FM final month. “It will depend a lot on what he wants and what happens over time, that he feels good. The doors will always be open. He is happy on the pitch, and for us (it) would be good.”
