FIFA World Cup: Gabriel Batistuta stated that he was not harm by Lionel Messi breaking his file to turn into Argentina’s prime scorer on the World Cup as he loved it whereas he had it.

Batistuta scored 10 targets in three World Cups between 1994 and 2002. The 53-year-old added that Messi has exceeded his expectations by changing into the joint top-scorer with 5 targets and three assists en path to last.

“I expected him to be much calmer, but he is playing like a 20-year-old,” Batistuta stated. “And that is because he is hungry, he is here to win the Cup. That is what football needs, that is what Leo is spreading to the whole team.”

Batistuta additional stated he’s assured that Lionel Scaloni’s Argentina can beat the defending champions France and convey dwelling the World Cup for the primary time since 1986.
