Speaking about his preparation for IPL 2023, Shankar talked about he had been engaged on images that he could not execute earlier and is snug that he can play these images now. Shankar has scored 301 runs for GT in 12 matches this season.

“Before starting the season, I was hitting the ball pretty well. I worked on a few things.
