Jadeja was adjudged the Player of the Series, alongside spin-bowling associate Ravichandran Ashwin, after India received the 2023 Border-Gavaskar collection 2-1.

Speaking to Star Sports, Manjrekar was in awe of Jadeja’s performances within the four-match Test collection, saying there was immense strain on Jadeja to supply the products on a turning monitor.
