Speaking forward of the sport, Song stated his workforce is up towards the wall after shedding their opening recreation towards Switzerland.

“I would say quite simply that we’re all aware of the situation. We are up against a wall. We started off very well. And following this, when it came to the beginning of the second half, we weren’t able to manage the game. We lost a couple of, we lost concentration. You just cannot allow yourself to do that at high level football and we were punished for this,” stated Song.

The Cameroonian stated his workforce has a transparent combating spirit and won’t be over considering issues throughout their match towards Serbia.

“We are a team that has a fighting spirit. And I don’t think that we should spend too much time over-thinking things. We’ve got nothing to lose at all. It’s all stations go. I mentioned this earlier, we need to give 100% on the pitch. It’s what we’ve come to do,” Song added.

He added that he’s optimistic about their World Cup marketing campaign and hopes his gamers will silence their critics with their efficiency towards Serbia.

“I’m very positive about our stint in the World Cup. Football has its own realities. I believe in my team. If I’ve got one message to share with my peers, is, is that they should never give up. And that’s what we’ll see on the pitch tomorrow. I think that they’ll show you another side to this Cameroonian squad. And I think that this will hopefully allow us to silence some of those critics that we’ve been listening to,” stated Song.
