By India Today Web Desk: Spain and Barcelona midfielder Pedri has mentioned that he’s not the star for his nationwide group forward of their opening match within the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Spain are set to face Costa Rica of their opener on November 23.

The Spanish midfielder mentioned he doesn’t really feel like a star within the nationwide group regardless of being the face of the group in a promotional placard.

“I’m not feeling just like the star of the nationwide group simply because I used to be utilized in a promotional placard in Doha. I’m not centered on that,” mentioned Pedri.

The 19-year-old mentioned he’ll do regardless of the supervisor asks him to do and solely needs to assist his nationwide group on the FIFA World Cup.

“I am just thinking on playing to help the national team and do what the manager asked me to do like I have always done,” Pedri added.
