By India Today Web Desk: USA and Arsenal goalkeeper Matt Turner has termed England as favorites to elevate the FIFA World Cup trophy in Qatar. USA are set to lock horns with 1966 World Cup winners England of their subsequent Group B match on November 26.

Speaking forward of their tie, Turner stated England are favorites, insisting it’s going to be large problem for the USA workforce.

“England are favorites to win the tournament. So it’s going to be a big challenge. It’s going to take tremendous focus, but we’re looking forward to it,” stated Turner.

The Arsenal goalkeeper stated it’s a nice alternative to face his friends within the England aspect forward of their group-stage encounter.

“You look forward to the chances to compete against your peers. Obviously, friends off the field and then when you get onto the pitch, it’s full focus for 90 minutes. They have some very talented players on the team,” Turner added.

He went on to bathe reward on Bukayo Saka, saying he can change any sport that he takes half in.

“From what I understand, I’ve only worked with him for a few months, but I’m looking forward to playing against familiar faces. And again, I think he’s a really, really good player that can that can change any game that he takes part in,” stated Turner.

The 28-year-old added that Saka is among the finest younger gamers in world soccer, insisting that he has actually developed over the previous couple of years.

“I think it’s pretty clear he’s one of the young stars of world football. You know, he’s a top, top player. And I think you don’t need me to tell anybody on our team how much of a threat that he poses in the game. He’s scoring goals in a variety of ways. He’s really developed, matured. He’s gotten stronger,” Turner added.
