Faf du Plessis praises Suryakumar Yadav for versatility and composure: He is aware of when to tug the set off

By India Today Web Desk: Veteran South Africa cricketer Faf du Plessis reckoned that it is robust to tie down Suryakumar Yadav due to the vary of photographs he has received. Yadav has proven great kind, scoring over 900 T20I runs within the ongoing 12 months.

On Sunday, October 30, the 32-year-old scored a 40-ball 68 in opposition to Temba Bavuma’s South Africa within the T20 World Cup Super 12 match on the Perth Stadium.

Although the Men in Blue misplaced the match after failing to defend 133, Suryakumar conjured reward from the cricketing fraternity for his masterful knock underneath strain.

“His skillset is so high that as a bowler you don’t feel like you can tie him down to certain areas. He’s got all the different shots, scores in all the different areas,” Du Plessis was quoted as saying on the ESPNcricinfo present T20 Time:Out.

Du Plessis heaped reward on Yadav for being calm and composed and never going for rash photographs whereas being underneath strain.

The Proteas cricketer talked about that Suryakumar is aware of when to assault and when to pay respect to the bowlers.

“The thing that stands out for me with him is his composure. With a guy who has got so many shots, I almost never see him be frantic and feel rushed. He’s just got this calmness about him,” he said.

“He knows when to pull that trigger, go through the gears, and he just always looks calm. He’s just a fantastic T20 player to watch. He’s the perfect guy that, as a youngster, you look at how you go through different gears at different stages of the game,” Du Plessis added.
