“The players have been instructed to keep public interaction to a minimum and take safety precautions wherever needed,” it acknowledged.

The organising committee of the CWG has divided the athletes on the premise of sports activities and their venues. Going by the foundations and rules through the championship, every athlete must bear an RT-PCR checks for coronavirus, 72 hours previous to touchdown within the United Kingdom (UK).

Earlier, the IOA named a robust 322-member continent for the Commonwealth Games, together with 107 officers and help employees, and 215 athletes.
