BCCI proclaims India ladies’s squad for South Africa collection

Indian cricket board (BCCI) named India ladies’s ODI and T20 squad for the house collection in opposition to South Africa in a press assertion on Saturday. Veteran Mithali Raj will proceed to guide the ODI facet within the collection, which can start in Lucknow from March 7 and can see the perimeters sq. of over 5 ODIs and three T20Is.

Among huge exclusions, Ekta Bisht, Anuja Patil, Veda Krishnamurthy, Taniya Bhatia and Shikha Pandey have been dropped to make room for maiden call-up Pratyusha Challaru, Monika Patel, Simran Dil Bahadur, Yastika Bhatia, Ayushi Soni and Swetha Verma.

All the matches shall be performed at Lucknow’s Bharat Ratna Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana International Stadium. 

The squads specifically are: 

Squad for ODI collection: Mithali Raj (Captain), Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Punam Raut, Priya Punia, Yastika Bhatia, Harmanpreet Kaur (vice-captain), D. Hemalatha, Deepti Sharma, Sushma Verma (wicket-keeper), Swetha Verma (wicket-keeper), Radha Yadav, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Jhulan Goswami, Mansi Joshi, Poonam Yadav, C. Prathyusha, Monica Patel.

T20I squad: Harmanpreet Kaur (Captain), Smriti Mandhana (vice-captain), Shafali Verma, Jemimah Rodrigues, Deepti Sharma, Richa Ghosh, Harleen Deol, Sushma Verma (wicket-keeper), Nuzhat Parveen (wicket-keeper), Ayushi Soni, Arundhati Reddy, Radha Yadav, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Poonam Yadav, Mansi Joshi, Monica Patel, C. Prathyusha, Simran Dil Bahadur.
