Riya Chakraborty arrested by NCB, will appear before magistrate at half past seven

Sushant’s father complained against the therapist

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has filed a complaint against Dr. Suzanne Walker. The actor’s father has complained against the doctor to the Medical Council. Let me tell you, Suzanne Walker has been Sushant’s therapist. He gave a statement on Sushant’s mental illness and also spoke of the actor having a bipolar disorder.

Violation of FIR Supreme Court order against Priyanka: Vikas Singh

On the case filed against Sushant’s sister Priyanka and others, advocate of Sushant’s father said that this is a violation of the order of the Supreme Court. Advocate Vikas Singh said that Riya Chakraborty, who is trying to say through this FIR, could have given it to the CBI in her statement. The CBI would have considered it in its charge sheet. The second FIR which is recorded is not absolutely valid in the order of the Supreme Court and is against the order of the Supreme Court.

He said that it seems that the Bandra police station of Mumbai Police is Riya’s second house, run on every small thing and take shelter as if someone takes refuge in their house. The FIR lodged by the Bandra Police is absolutely baseless and illegal. 

Ria Chakraborty questioned for the third consecutive day in NCB office 

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is questioning actress Riya Chakraborty for the third consecutive day on Tuesday. Riya may be interrogated today in front of Shovik and Miranda. Today Riya can also be arrested. So far NCB has questioned him for about 14 hours in two days. NCB is trying to get into the bottom of the use of drugs by Bollywood celebrities through interrogation of Riya.

A part of the investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in suspicious circumstances has now reached the use and purchase of drugs in Bollywood. Since its clues are found from some chats done in 2019-20 from Riya Chakraborty’s mobile, Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shouvik have been named in this case. The NCB has so far arrested nine people, including Shouvik.

It is being told that the electronics devices recovered by Riya Chakraborty’s house have opened many big secrets. According to the investigation, Riya’s Drugs Circle was more active in the year 2017-2018-2019. Investigation, electronic devices recovered from Riya’s house have found photographs, videos, WhatsApp chats, SMS related to the drugs circle. 

Priyanka’s FIR case transferred to CBI

The Public Relations Officer of Mumbai Police said that a case has been registered against Sushant’s sister Priyanka at Mumbai’s Bandra police station on the complaint of Riya Chakravarty. However as per the orders of the Supreme Court, the case has been duly transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further investigation.

On Monday, Riya Chakraborty filed a case against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka and others. Riya has accused Priyanka Singh of making a fake medical prescription. Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti has reacted to this FIR of Riya. Shweta tweeted and wrote – Nothing is going to break us, not a false FIR at all. 

Complaint lodged against Sushant’s sister

On the other hand, Riya Chakraborty on Monday lodged a written complaint against some well-known people including Sushant Singh’s Delhi-based sister Priyanka Singh and Taran Kumar, a Delhi-based doctor, at Bandra police station. It said that Sushant was constantly busy on his mobile phone on the morning of June 8, 2020. On Riya’s asking, Sushant said that his sister Priyanka has suggested him some medicines. According to Riya, he forbade Sushant to take medicines, saying that some senior doctors are already treating him. He should trust his suggested medicines.
