Paytm is giving jobs to 1,000 people, hiring in these areas

New Delhi. Paytm can hire more than 1,000 people in various roles over the next few months. Paytm wants to expand its operations across the country including areas such as financial and wealth management services. This recruitment process is part of that. Paytm gave its information on Wednesday. Paytm said in a statement that it is in the process of hiring 1,000 engineers, data scientists, financial analysts for technology and other positions for non-technical roles. The company said that it is moving towards rapid expansion for its financial and wealth management services so it has accelerated recruitment. She said, Paytm and its conglomerates are expanding businesses such as lending, insurance, wealth management and offline payment operations, which will require bringing in more technical and non-technical staff.

The statement said that team expansion would play an essential role in launching new financial services and technology to boost its growth journey. In addition to tech and non-tech, Paytm is also bringing more than 50 senior-level executives in vice-president roles to fill positions for its operations in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru and to enhance senior leadership.In April, the company announced plans to employ more than 500 people. Asked whether Paytm had completed that process, the company said it had hired 700 employees during the last four months.
