India Coronavirus News: Number of patients recovering more than in last 24 hours

New Delhi:Good news has come out about the Corona virus (COVID-19). During the last 24 hours, the number of newly cured patients was more than the new cases. In the last 24 hours, 60 thousand 975 cases of corona have been reported and 848 people have died. At the same time, 66 thousand 550 patients were cured. During this, nine lakh 25 thousand 383 sample tests were conducted.

According to the Ministry of Health, a total of 31 lakh 67 thousand 324 cases of corona have been reported so far in the country. Of these, seven lakh four thousand 348 active cases. 24 lakh 4 thousand 585 patients have been cured and 58 thousand 390 patients have died. The recovery rate is close to 76 percent and the death rate is 1.84 percent. So far, a total of three crore 68 lakh 27 thousand 520 sample tests have been conducted in the country. 

New cases reduced in Delhi-Maharashtra

New cases have come down in Delhi and Maharashtra as compared to previous days. 1,061 new cases have been found in Delhi and 11,015 in Maharashtra. Whereas, for the past few days more cases were being received in both the places, although more than 10,000 cases were found in Maharashtra on Sunday. So far, one lakh 62 thousand 527 have been found infected in Delhi and six lakh 93 thousand 398 in Maharashtra. In both the states, 4,313 and 22,465 people have also died respectively. At the same time, cases are increasing in Uttar Pradesh There have been 4677 new cases in the state and the total number of infected persons has reached one lakh 92 thousand 382. Corona has also killed 2,987 people in the state so far.

Boom in South India continues

There is an outbreak of corona in the states of South India. Andhra Pradesh has the maximum number of 8,601 new cases and the number of infected has reached three lakh 61 thousand 712. More than one lakh 6 thousand infected cases have been reported so far in Tamil Nadu with 5967 new cases and 3,880 new cases in Telangana and 1,842 new cases.
