IAS Anil Tuteja and Alok Shukla get bail from ED in ED case

IAS Anil Tuteja and IAS Alok Shukla today got anticipatory bail from the High Court in the ED case, the High Court accepted the facts of Advocate Avi Singh and Ayush Bhatia.

IAS Anil Tuteja and IAS Dr. Alok Shukla got the benefit of anticipatory bail from the Honorable High Court of Chhattisgarh. The single bench of Honorable Justice Arvind Singh Chandel accepted the facts presented by Advocate Avi Singh and Advocate Ayush Bhatia in the Enforcement Directorate case.

Let us tell you that the case of money laundering was registered by the Enforcement Directorate on January, 2019 which originated from the crime registered by the Anti Corruption Bureau and Economic Offenses Investigation Branch in the year 2015 by raiding 28 locations of the Civil Supplies Corporation. The money was recovered, in which a case was registered against 28 people, in which Anil Tuteja and Dr. Alok Shukla were not named. N After spending almost two and a half years before the election, the state government had included the names of both the officers while presenting the award.
