Woman raped by nephew in UP’s Gonda

GONDA: A lady was allegedly raped after being given some intoxicating substance by her 25-year-old nephew, police stated right here on Friday.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, they stated including the 42-year-old girl was going to market when her nephew provided to drop her off.
According to the police, the duo stopped to have tea which was spiked by the accused.
After the lady turned unconscious, the youth allegedly raped her and filmed the act, they stated.
The accused threatened the sufferer of importing the video on the web which he did subsequently and took it down after a while, the police stated.
On the criticism of the sufferer, a case has been registered at Chhapia police station on Thursday below sections of the Indian Penal Code, Circle officer (Mankapur) Sanjay Talwar stated The girl was despatched for a medical examination, he stated, including efforts are on to arrest the accused.
