MUMBAI: Senior Congress chief Vijay Wadettiwar on Monday criticised the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Maharashtra and requested why 15 per cent of the seats meant for OBC group in authorities jobs within the state had been mendacity vacant.
