WBECERC directives in West Bengal, doctors should not go out of the city during Durga Puja

The West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission has asked the doctors not to move out of the city during the four days of the festival in view of the possible increase in Kovid-19 cases in the state during Durga Puja in West Bengal.

Justice retired Aseem Kumar Banerjee, chairman of the commission, said that WBCERC has also requested private hospitals to prepare contact details of doctors so that they can be contacted in emergency. The Commission has requested private hospitals to prepare a list of specialists in eye, ENT, skin and surgery, who do not treat corona-infected patients, but can provide emergency services when needed on festival days.

Justice Banerjee said that private hospitals can also prepare a list of such doctors so that they can serve in the Kovid vadoes of the respective hospitals on the sudden increase in cases of corona infection during Durga Puja.

The Commission has also requested the officials of the private hospital to prepare a list of patients who have been cured of the disease, so that they can provide voluntary service to the hospitals by donating plasma to patients infected with the corona virus during the festival. Can.
