Resort proprietor Pulkit Arya — son of native BJP chief Vinod Arya — and his two accomplices had been taken by the SIT to the crime scene to know the sequence of occasions on the resort on the day of the incident, the DIG stated.
A Kotdwar court docket had earlier remanded the three males to three-day police custody starting Friday.
