MUZAFFARNAGAR: A Special MP/MLA courtroom right here on Tuesday acquitted UP minister Kapil Dev Aggarwal and 7 different BJP leaders in a 2012 case associated to the disruption of practice service throughout a protest.
Aggarwal and the opposite accused – former MLAs Ashok Kansal and Umesh Malik, district BJP president Vijay Shukla; ex-district presidents Pawan Trar and Yashpal Pawar; Vabhav Tyagi and Sunil Tayal – had been current within the courtroom right here when it pronounced its verdict.
Special decide Mayank Aggarwal acquitted them attributable to an absence of proof.
