UP: Eight kids, two women amongst 11 killed as tractor-trolley falls into river

SHAHJAHANPUR:  Eight kids and two women had been amongst 11 people killed when the tractor trolley they’d been travelling in fell from the bridge proper right here on Saturday, police talked about.
