Union Minister Shripad Naik injured, spouse and PA useless after street accident in Karnataka
2 min read Minister of State for Defence and AYUSH Shripad Naik was injured whereas his spouse Vijaya Naik (55) and private assistant died when the SUV they have been travelling in met with an accident close to Hillur-Hosakambi village in Ankola taluk of Uttara Kannada district in Karnataka on Monday night time.
According to the native police, Naik’s spouse suffered head accidents and died whereas being dropped at a non-public hospital in Ankola. The minister’s private assistant Deepak died on the authorities hospital in Ankola.
The situation of the minister is alleged to be secure and he has been shifted to the Goa Medical College after preliminary remedy in Ankola.

Naik and 4 of his relations had visited Gante Ganapati temple in Yellapur on Monday morning for a pooja and proceeded to Gokarna in Uttara Kannada round 7 pm on Monday.
