BALLIA: An 18-year-old lady was allegedly kidnapped by two males from right here, taken to Bihar and raped a number of instances, police mentioned on Monday.
She was kidnapped by Jeeut Bind and Ranjeet Kumar from a village beneath the Garhwar police station space on November 11, Station House Officer Raj Kumar Singh mentioned.
Bind and Kumar, aged between 18 to twenty years, have been arrested on Sunday and despatched to jail, he mentioned.
Singh mentioned a case was registered towards Bind on November 20 following a grievance from the lady’s brother.
The lady was rescued from Bihar on November 26, he mentioned.
Subsequently, she gave her assertion in court docket.
She claimed that she was intoxicated and kidnapped by Bind and Kumar, after which taken to a resort in Bihar the place she was raped by them for 15 days, the officer mentioned.
