Tharoor endorses petition in search of ‘constructive reforms’ in Congress; meets Sonia Gandhi

NEW DELHI: Adding to the excitement over the potential for his contesting Congress president polls, Shashi Tharoor on Monday endorsed a petition by a gaggle of younger social gathering members in search of “constructive reforms” and met AICC chief Sonia Gandhi right here.
