Terrorism and sedition prices have been framed in opposition to Kashmiri separatist and Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chief Asiya Andrabi for allegedly conspiring to commit terror acts and waging conflict in opposition to the nation with assist from Pakistan. On February 20, Andrabi and two of her associates — Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen — have been placed on trial by Special Judge Parveen Singh of Patiala House Court for offences punishable below the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Indian Penal Code.
The Special Judge framed prices for offences reminiscent of felony conspiracy, waging conflict in opposition to the federal government, conspiracy to wage conflict in opposition to authorities, sedition, selling enmity, imputations prejudicial to national-integration and public mischief below the IPC.

It additional framed prices for makes an attempt to commit, or incite terror act, being a member of a terrorist gang, assist a terrorist organisation below the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Andrabi accused of being concerned in conspiracy and acts to severely destabilize the sovereignty and integrity of India, alongside together with her two different girls associates. The trio was arrested in 2018.
