Supreme Court assist for two senior UP bureaucrats

NEW DELHI:   The Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the discharge of two Uttar Pradesh IAS officers (finance secretary SMA Rizvi and explicit secretary (finance) Sarayu Prasad Mishra) who’ve been taken into custody pursuant to an Allahabad HC order on account of their failure to produce providers for retired judges. 

A bench of CJI DY Chandrachud, whereas ordering their launch extra stayed HC’s order of issuing bailable warrants to the state’s chief secretary and additional chief secretary and posted plea for April 28. 
“Till the next date of listening to, there’ll maintain of orders handed by the HC on April 4 and April 19.

Failure of the state to behave on the order had resulted in April 19 order whereby, issuing contempt notices in opposition to the two officers had directed their arrest.
