RANCHI: The Sikh neighborhood in Jharkhand has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi searching for motion towards the varsity and its Principal for barring a Sikh scholar, Karandeep Singh, from getting into the examination corridor carrying a ‘kripan’on his sides.

towards the varsity and it’s principal, it added.
