NEW DELHI: A Delhi courtroom on Monday refused to entertain a plea filed by alleged jailed gangster Lawrence Bisnoi, accused in Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s killing, claiming apprehension of a pretend encounter by the Punjab police, courtroom supply stated.

Special Judge Praveen Singh stated there was no floor to entertain the plea that sought a route to the jail authorities to not give his custody to Punjab police.
