SC refuses to order one other spherical of counselling for NEET super-specialty programs

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Thursday refused to entertain the pleas in search of instructions to the Centre and others together with the Director-General of Health Services to conduct one other mop-up spherical of counselling for admissions to NEET super-speciality programs for 2021.

Some of the medical doctors, who had needed the cut-off to be lowered, had submitted that 940 seats are nonetheless vacant for the tutorial 12 months 2021-22.

If the cut-off isn’t lowered, these seats will go to waste at a time when the nation wants medical doctors, they’d contended.
