Reservoir ranges dip as drought looms massive in Maharashtra’s Marathwada area

MUMBAI: The risk of drought is looming over the Marathwada area of Maharashtra. As per knowledge from the state water useful resource division, solely 33% of reside water storage is prepared in all 920 small-big dams of the area towards 96% storage final 12 months.

Besides, the remaining crops are under threat of diseases that will impact the production,” the report stated.
