Apart from one Congress MLA who was disqualified for anti-party actions final July, a complete of 5 Congress MLAs have now resigned from the House within the final one month, together with two senior Cabinet ministers. Three of them have already joined BJP.
Following a requirement from the Opposition led by All India NR Congress founder N Rangasamy, the ground check was ordered Thursday by Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Telangana Governor, instantly after she was handed extra cost of Puducherry. Soundararajan was sworn in after the previous Lt. Governor Kiran Bedi was faraway from the submit.
