Piyush Goyal withdraws comment on Bihar, says no intention to insult state, its individuals

NEW DELHI: Union minister Piyush Goyal on Thursday withdrew his comment to RJD chief Manoj Jha that his social gathering would sooner or later flip all the “country into Bihar” if they’ve their manner, saying he had no intention of insulting the state or its individuals.
