PATNA: A grievance case has been filed in Bihar in opposition to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat over his comment that “Pandits divided society for their own interests.”

The case has been filed by a Muzaffarpur-based advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha below varied sections of IPC. In the grievance, Ojha alleged that the RSS chief’s assertion had “hurt the religious sentiments of Pandits.” Ojha mentioned the case has been listed for listening to on February 20.
