Panchkula: Man stabbed to loss of life over parking cycle in slim lane, 5 booked

A 55-year-old resident of Panchkula was stabbed to loss of life allegedly by his neighbors outdoors his Indira Colony slum house in Sector 16 late on Thursday night, police mentioned. The homicide, police mentioned, befell over a trivial parking subject.

‘’Satish acquired offended and picked up Binder’s cycle and threw it at him. He (Satish) didn’t cease at this after which began abusing the sufferer and threatened to show him a lesson and left the spot. After some time, Satish returned to the spot alongside along with his two sons, Vicky and Sunny, and two neighbours Mahipal and Mohit. The suspects carried a knife, rods, and sticks with them. Satish’s son Vicky then stabbed Binder with a knife within the chest after which the sufferer fell to the bottom. As the sufferer’s son Rinku screamed for assist, his brother Vikas and their mom Saroj got here outdoors. The suspects then proceeded to assault Vikas, Rinku, and Saroj with the rods and sticks that they had been carrying with them,’’ the FIR acknowledged.

Police have registered a case beneath Section 148 (rioting, armed with lethal weapon), 149 (illegal meeting for offense dedicated in prosecution of widespread object), 302 (homicide), 321 (voluntarily inflicting damage), and 506 (prison intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code in opposition to the 5 individuals, on the grievance of the sufferer’s son Rinku.
