AHMEDABAD: Over 90 per cent of the full land required for the bold Ahmedabad-Mumbai bullet prepare venture unfold throughout Gujarat, Maharashtra and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has been acquired, the venture’s implementing company NHSRCL stated on Monday.

At 954.28 hectare, Gujarat accounts for majority of the land required for the venture, protecting eight districts of Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Kheda, and Ahmedabad.

Of this, 942.72 hectare has been acquired, the NHSRCL stated.

In Maharashtra, the venture covers Mumbai, Thane and Palghar, requiring 433.82-hectare land, out of which 310.14 hectare has been acquired to this point.

For the venture stretch protecting Dadra and Nagar Haveli, all of the 7.90-hectare land has been acquired, the company stated.

As per the NHSRCL, the development works are in numerous levels on all eight stations for the bullet prepare venture in Gujarat, and 100 per cent contracts have been awarded for the development on the 352-km route within the state and Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

The passenger terminal hub at Sabarmati, integrating the excessive velocity rail station, Metro, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) System and two stations of the Indian Railways, is predicted to be accomplished by August this 12 months, it stated.

There can be 12 stations alongside the route of the bullet prepare, together with eight in Gujarat and 4 in Maharashtra.
