LUCKNOW: The National Human Rights Commission on May 17 issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, calling for an in depth report of the incident by way of which 13 girl school college students had been allegedly sexually exploited by a computer trainer in a authorities college in Shahjahanpur district.
