Need to step up safety for teenagers throughout pandemic: Supreme Court choose

Supreme Court choose Justice S Ravindra Bhat, who chairs the courtroom’s Juvenile Justice Committee, has emphasised the necessity to step up measures to make sure higher care, safety and well-being of kids through the second wave of Covid-19.
Speaking at a evaluation assembly held by the committee in coordination with UNICEF, Justice Bhat identified that there are kids who misplaced both or each dad and mom to Covid-19 or are with out parental supervision and care when their father or mother/s are in hospital or beneath medical care.
“These children are more vulnerable now than ever before. Concerted efforts should be made by all the key stakeholders to ensure the care and protection of children during the second wave of Covid,” he mentioned.

Justice Bhat careworn the necessity to develop a mechanism to deal with interim care wants of orphaned, separated, or unaccompanied kids.
