MUMBAI: Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrakant Patil on Thursday mentioned state minister Nawab Malik has no proper to stay part of the state cabinet following his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in reference to a cash laundering probe linked to the actions of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim and his aides.

He mentioned that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray additionally has no ethical proper to stay in energy because the scenario within the state is “extremely chaotic”.
