National Medical Commission advises Indian college students to not pursue medical levels in Pakistan

NEW DELHI: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has suggested Indian college students to not enrol themselves in medical faculties in Pakistan.

The public discover issued by the NMC got here days after the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) by way of a joint advisory urged Indian college students to not enrol themselves in any school or academic establishment in Pakistan, failing which they won’t be eligible to discover a job or pursue larger schooling on this nation.

Any Indian national/Overseas Citizen of India who intends to take admission in MBBS/BDS or equivalent medical course in any medical college of Pakistan shall not be eligible for appearing in FMGE or seeking employment in India on the basis of educational qualifications (in any subject) acquired in Pakistan except those who had joined Pakistan degree colleges/institutions before December 2018 or later after obtaining security clearance from MHA till date,” the general public discover issued on April 29 learn.
