Moose Wala case: Punjab police will get transit remand of 4 accused

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab police on Monday mentioned it’s got a transit remand of 4 folks, together with two shooters, within the Sidhu Moose Wala homicide case from Delhi’s Patiala House Court.

Punjabi singer Moose Wala was killed on May 29 in Mansa.

The police have been granted transit remand of accused Priyavrat, alias Fauzi (most important shooter), Kashish, alias Kuldeep (shooter), Deepak, alias Tinu (shut aide of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi), and Keshav Kumar (who offered automobile and helped in escaping shooters), in line with an official assertion.

The courtroom mentioned in its order that because the arrested have been accused of committing a cognisable offence, the transit remand was granted to supply them earlier than the courtroom involved as early as attainable.

The order additional said {that a} medical examination of the accused be carried out as per guidelines and tips laid down by the Supreme Court.

The Delhi Police had arrested three folks, together with Fauzi, on June 19 from Kutch in Gujarat in reference to the killing of Moose Wala. Fauzi was the primary shooter and executioner of the homicide, the Delhi Police had mentioned.

Earlier, Punjab Additional Director General of Police and head of Anti-Gangster Task Force Pramod Ban mentioned gangster Bishnoi has admitted that he was the mastermind in Sidhu Moosewala’s killing.

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, also referred to as Sidhu Moosewala, was shot lifeless in Punjab’s Mansa district on May 29, a day after the Punjab authorities pruned the safety cowl of the singer and 423 folks quickly.
