KOLKATA: Viral footage on social media of a horse having fun with a experience in a packed native practice has landed its proprietor in hassle with the RPF arresting him for offences below the Railway Act, an official mentioned right here on Saturday.

Gafoor Ali Mollah, a 40-year-old man, had determined to present his horse a practice experience from Dakshin Durgapur to Netra, a distance of 23 km, as a substitute of trudging again dwelling after a tiring race that the stallion had participated in.
