Man booked after 40-year-old nephew dies in brawl

Police booked a person for culpable murder Thursday, after he allegedly hit his nephew with an iron object used to take away buffalo dung. The man who was injured within the incident died. Frequent fights between the accused and the sufferer had been stated to be the explanation behind the incident.
The sufferer was recognized as Randhir Singh (40), a resident of Ferozepur Bangar village. He was a driver in PRTC.The sufferer’s mom, Gurmeet Kaur, said within the grievance that Randhir was her youngest son and a recurring drunk. She added that on March 30, Randhir was ingesting and had a quarrel with the accused, Surjeet Singh. “The accused is my brother-in-law.

My son, who was on the rooftop, had come down and began arguing with Surjeet Singh, who hit Randhir with an iron object used to take away dung. Randhir began bleeding profusely, following which my neighbours took him PGI, the place docs declared him introduced lifeless,” alleged Kaur. A case was filed underneath Section 304 (culpable murder not amounting to homicide) of IPC. ens
