Maharashtra governor Koshyari expresses need to step down

MUMBAI: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Monday mentioned he has expressed a need earlier than Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give up the publish.

The former Uttarakhand Chief Minister mentioned he want to spend the rest of his life in studying, writing and different actions.
