THANE: Newly elected NCP MLC Eknath Khadse on Sunday stated Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde’s rise up in opposition to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray was as a consequence of some “powerful force” backing the dissidents.
