Lok Sabha prone to have debate on worth rise on Monday

NEW DELHI: After a close to washout of House proceedings for 2 weeks, Lok Sabha is prone to have a debate on worth rise on Monday, adopted by Rajya Sabha on Tuesday, political sources mentioned.

Since the start of the session on July 18, the Opposition in each the House had been elevating the problem of rising costs and GST, main to close washout of proceedings.

Both the federal government and the Opposition have accused one another of “running away” from a debate on the problem.

But political sources mentioned on Friday that standard House proceedings would resume from Monday and the talk might first happen within the decrease home, adopted by the higher home.
