Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday for the first time since AAP swept the Delhi elections. Earlier, Kejriwal called on Home Minister Amit Shah in a similar meeting.

Arvind Kejriwal won the Delhi elections for the third time in a row and came back to power with a huge majority, leaving BJP a distant second.

At 11 am today, Arvind Kejriwal will call on PM Modi and pay him a visit at the PMO Sansad Bhavan.

Arvind Kejriwal met Amit Shah on February 19 after which the AAP chief said both of them had agreed that they will work together for the development of the national capital.

The Amit Shah-Kejriwal meeting at Shah’s residence lasted 20 minutes. It was the first meeting between the two leaders since Kejriwal took oath as the chief minister of Delhi for the third consecutive time.

PM Modi and Amit Shah had led a fierce campaign against AAP and Arvind Kejriwal in the run up to the Delhi elections in February-March. AAP came back to power with a thumping majority of 62 out of 70 seats.
