Joshimath sinking: Residents to maintain protests on R-Day, blame NTPC over catastrophe

JOSHIMATH: Terming the incident a “man-made disaster”, the residents of Uttarakhand’s sinking city of Joshimath blamed the National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. (NTPC) for the continuing land subsidence within the area.
